The exhibition rooms are open every Wednesday from 9:30 to 16:30 during term time (including exam periods)
If you wish to visit the Collection for Organology on a date other than those listed above, as a rule, an appointment must be made at least one week in advance. It may be possible to arrange for you to try out specific instruments. Please come to the office on the first floor of 4th Building or contact us by phone or via the inquiry form (ja).
As a measure against the COVID-19, we are now accepting reservations for Wednesday exhibition room open days. Please make a reservation using the reservation form while logged in to the “@st.kunitachi.ac.jp” or “@nr.kunitachi.ac.jp” address.

Please also check the calendar of the collection opening days. No booking required to visit the exhibition rooms during the above hours.
Please see “Group Visits” below if you wish to visit on other days of the week or to make a group tour.
We will restart to accept visits of the general public. Advance reservations by the reservation form are required to visit our exhibition room.
The reservation period is Wednesday 16:30 of the previous week to Tuseday 15:00 of the current week.Next reservation for October 4th will start on Septeｍber 27th,16:30.If you have any question, please contact to us.
Group Visits
Groups can visit the exhibition rooms on days other than Wednesdays (weekdays only).
The number of visitors allowed for entry is between 10 and 15; if the number of visitors exceeds 15, the group will be divided and the time staggered to adjust the number of people entering the exhibition room at one time.
Advance reservations are always required for group tours. Please contact us by phone or through our inquiry form (ja).
Because of the spread of COVID-19, we do not accept group tours.
